Email Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

Validity Diagnostics (VDx) prohibits the use of vdxcares.com, its website content, brand, products, or services in unsolicited bulk email or in email sent without documented recipient permission.

This policy applies to VDx employees, contractors, agencies, affiliates, technology providers, and any third party sending email that promotes VDx or links to a VDx website.

Permission and records

Marketing email may be sent only when VDx can document how and when the recipient requested, agreed to receive, or otherwise knowingly initiated the relevant communication. A publicly available address, a purchased or licensed list, a guessed address, a prior message without a response, or a recipient’s job title does not by itself establish permission.

For each recipient, VDx retains the address, permission source, permission date, scope of the request, collection method, and responsible VDx owner or system. Records that are missing or uncertain are treated as not permitted.

Sender and message requirements

Every permitted marketing message must:

  • Identify VDx and the actual sender accurately
  • Use truthful subject lines and routing information
  • Include a working method to stop future marketing email
  • Include VDx’s valid postal address
  • Avoid deceptive redirects, hidden destinations, or domain rotation intended to bypass recipient security controls
  • Comply with applicable law and the recipient organization’s requirements

Opt-outs, complaints, and suppression

VDx honors unsubscribe requests and negative replies promptly. An individual stop is permanent across VDx campaigns and senders unless that person later provides new, documented permission. A company-wide opt-out suppresses the company. A spam complaint suppresses the recipient immediately and places related queued outreach on hold for human review.

Suppressed recipients may not be reintroduced by a new import, list refresh, sender, campaign, contractor, or affiliate. Missing suppression or customer-history data must fail closed.

Monitoring and enforcement

VDx reviews bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and delivery signals and may pause any sender, campaign, vendor, or source while concerns are investigated. VDx may terminate a vendor or contractor that violates this policy. VDx does not authorize any affiliate or third party to promote vdxcares.com through unsolicited email.

Report unwanted email

To report unwanted email that promotes VDx or links to vdxcares.com, contact info@vdxcares.com and include the original message and full headers when possible. VDx will investigate the report and apply the appropriate suppression or enforcement action.
