We Saw a Gap. We Built a Better Standard.

Founded in 2015, Validity Diagnostics was created by a mission-led group of scientific, clinical, laboratory, and technology professionals who saw a problem hiding in plain sight: too many high-stakes drug-testing decisions were being made from specimens that might not be real, complete, or reliable.

VDx was founded because the testing industry needed a stronger answer to a growing challenge. As subversion methods became more sophisticated, many programs were still relying on standard validity testing that was not designed for today’s realities. We set out to bring modern science to specimen integrity, giving laboratories and the organizations they serve a clearer, more reliable foundation for the decisions that guide treatment, recovery, supervision, and safety.

VDx was built around one conviction: every person deserves decisions guided by trustworthy testing data. Our purpose is to help programs identify potential risk earlier, protect the integrity of the process, and create a clearer path to intervention, treatment, recovery, and safer outcomes.

Based in Branford and Orlando, Florida, VDx brings together scientific rigor, laboratory practicality, and a human commitment to make specimen integrity testing worthy of the people and decisions it affects.
